Truck coordination

With our truck coordination systems, you can direct trucks on your farm and, thanks to the extra long range, also control them off-site using text messages. For this purpose, the trucks receive pagers (beepers) that can radio your employees directly via transmitter or coordinate using easy-call software from the PC and browser. With our years of experience, we offer the right solution for each customer, from small businesses to large logistics centers – modular, scalable and ready for immediate use.

Application examples
  • Truck dispatch with text messages via radio:
    E.g. assign a ramp or parking space. Call the driver to the scale or to the office
  • Internal coordination between gate and dispatch. Including farm list and minutes
  • Truck call via transmitter, PC/browser or via interface from your own systems (e.g. SAP)
  • In addition, many time slot and yard management programs can be expanded directly with our pager system via our interfaces. E.g. from Symbic, Mercareon, Cargoclix

Example

The truck driver receives a pager when registering. The driver can be called to the ramp or office by Software or transmitter unit.

Via our Easy-Call Server Software  all employees in the warehouse location also have a live overview of the ongoing processes.

Production

Our system ensure that important information always reaches the right people. This means you can solve problems more quickly, use your staff more efficiently and keep the production process running. Our Easy-Call Software offers you overviews, protocols and message send from browser. Using our open software interfaces, you can send additional information directly from your existing systems (such as MES or ERP) or easily develop your own inhouse solutions. 

Application examples
  • Employees can call specialist staff, request materials or have them picked up at the push of a button. Specialist personnel are informed, for example, via pager or display board
  • Machines can provide status messages via potential-free circuits or send targeted messages via our Easy-Call Software interface. E.g. call a technician or a forklifter driver
  • You can send important system information directly to the responsible employees via our open software interfaces
  • Pagers with ringtones and extra-bright LEDs are suitable for accompanying products through production and making them quickly findable.

Example 1

A machine automatically transmits “Machine 1: New material please” to the pagers of the assigned forklift drivers via contact switching (optocoupler). A driver accepts the order using the confirmation button on the pager and drives off. The order disappears automatically on the other pagers.

Example 2

A production employee specifically requests a technician using a call button. The technician receives the call directly via pager. In addition, the call is displayed on a display board. The employee receives immediate support without leaving their desk.

Example 3

An employee requests specific support using a call button. The call appears both on a display board in the hall and in the office on a dashboard in the web browser. At the same time, the responsible colleagues are informed directly via pager. One of the colleagues takes the call via pager. The call then disappears on the display board and colleagues are informed via pager that someone is already taking care of the call. The dashboard shows who took over the call. Once the work has been completed, the job is finally canceled using the call button and the dashboard also shows that there is no longer a problem. If necessary, the process can be recorded and subsequently evaluated.

Warehouse

With our systems you can call warehouse and forklift personnel or provide them with targeted information. Even in the warehouse, employees can call for help at the push of a button. In addition, our system can make it easier to find temporarily stored items. In addition, you can use the Easy-Call software to send text messages directly to employees via the web browser or via our open software interfaces. Thanks to dashboards and logs, you can keep track of everything.

  • Employees can call warehouse staff to the issue using the call button
  • Warehouse workers can request help from forklift drivers using call buttons in the warehouse
  • Text messages are sent directly to people or groups from the office via a web browser
