1.) What do I need to do to receive a non-binding offer?

Contact us, we will discuss your needs with you. Provide information from where to where to send and receive. We then do the complete planning. The offer includes all components and also individual programming for you. If you accept the offer, we will discuss all the details with you and you will usually receive our delivery after 15 working days.

2.) Is it possible to test components before we decide?

We only deliver new and customer-specific components. We will be happy to discuss a solution with you so that we can convince you of the quality of our products. In any case, we guarantee the correct planning of the system delivered.

3.) Can I expand the ordered system later?

That's no problem at all. All systems are extensible and have no limitations.

4.) What running costs will we face?

There are no running costs, as our radio systems are within the legal limits that allow them to operate free of charge. The Easy-Call software is also free of running costs after purchase.

5.) What radio infrastructure is needed?

We supply all the components necessary for radio operation. We don't need a GSM network or Wi-Fi. Our systems are CE approved and do not interfere with neighboring frequencies. We will be happy to provide specific information if you use special systems. We use SRD radio frequencies that are exclusively approved for digital communication in the alarm area.

6.) What is the radio range of the Easy-Call system?

The range depends on your environment. Outdoors, it´s about 1500m when using an amplifier. About 500m is achieved when using a transmitter button without such amplifier. The range is limited to a greater or lesser extent by buildings and metal walls. Lee-Tech offers a comprehensive program to solve all of these radio problems.

7.) How is the Easy-Call software installed and who has access to it?

The Easy-Call software is installed on your local (Windows) server. This will then be available to all approved employees via LAN/Wifi. The user administration is exclusively up to you. There is no upper limit for users. We have no access to your infrastructure. The software can be installed completely isolated from the outside world. The use and communication takes place via web browser. No additional software is required on the end devices.
